The Buyer's personal data, subject to the preceding paragraph, are intended for the exclusive use of the services of the company MASHA CAPITAL and the Subcontractors of the company MASHA CAPITAL.

• process the Buyer’s personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner;

• collect the Buyer's personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and not subsequently process them in a manner incompatible with these purposes;

• ensure that the Buyer's personal data are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

• ensure that the Buyer’s personal data is accurate and kept up to date
